General Terms and Conditions

Note: These terms apply to purchases of used, tested spare parts for heat pumps and air conditioning systems via jsenergieco.com. All spare parts are used and sold as-is regarding appearance, but are tested and fully functional.

1. Private Customers / Consumers

By placing an order via jsenergieco.com or any other channel as a private individual, you agree to our terms and conditions.

1.1 Product Information — Used Goods

All spare parts sold by JS Energi ECO are used. Each part is tested and verified as fully functional before dispatch. We guarantee that the spare parts meet their technical function.

As the parts are used, normal wear on surfaces and appearance may occur. Such wear does not affect functionality and is to be expected from used products.

1.2 Prices

All prices include VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated. JS Energi ECO reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

1.3 Discounts and Offers

Discount codes are valid only during the stated campaign period and cannot be combined with other offers or orders.

1.4 Ordering

All orders are placed via jsenergieco.com. If the buyer is under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required before the purchase can be completed. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the police.

We recommend contacting us at [email protected] before purchasing if you are unsure which spare part fits your equipment. We will help you identify the correct part and reduce the risk of incorrect orders.

1.5 Payment

We offer the following payment options:

• Card payment via Klarna (Visa, Mastercard)
• Invoice via Klarna
• PayPal

An invoice fee of SEK 29 applies to invoice purchases unless otherwise agreed.

1.6 Shipping Costs

The shipping price is shown at checkout before the purchase is finalised. Current standard rates:

• Sweden: SEK 59 (incl. VAT)
• Outside Sweden: SEK 159 (incl. VAT)

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and other national charges may apply. These charges are levied by the relevant country's authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. JS Energi ECO is not liable for such additional costs.

1.7 Delivery

Depending on the size of the package, your order will be delivered directly to your door or to your nearest collection point. We work with PostNord and UPS. If a specific carrier does not operate in your area, please notify us before placing your order.

Orders received before 1:00 PM are normally dispatched the same day and delivered within 2–5 business days. If you require faster delivery, please contact us before purchasing.

If you have not received your delivery within 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can track the shipment.

For uncollected parcels, JS Energi ECO reserves the right to charge a fee of SEK 350 or the actual transport cost, whichever is higher.

1.8 Right of Withdrawal

As a private customer, you have the right under the Distance Contracts Act to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and request for return. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Conditions for return under the right of withdrawal:

• The spare part must not have been installed — an installed spare part cannot be returned as unused
• The spare part must be in unchanged condition (same condition as at delivery) and in its original packaging
• A receipt or order confirmation must be provided
• The return must be pre-notified by email to [email protected]

Please note: The Distance Contracts Act does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs, invoice fees, or other service charges.

1.9 Incorrectly Recommended Spare Part

If we have recommended a spare part that turns out not to fit your equipment, we will handle the return without any deduction and without return shipping costs for you. Contact us at [email protected] and we will help you find the correct part if one is available.

1.10 Incorrect Order by Customer

If you have ordered the wrong spare part, a 14-day right of return applies from the date of receipt, provided the part has not been installed and is returned in its original condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

To reduce the risk of incorrect orders, we recommend always providing your equipment's model number when ordering, or contacting us in advance.

1.11 Warranty

All spare parts from JS Energi ECO come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. If a spare part stops working during the warranty period, you are entitled to:

• A replacement spare part if one is available — we will send it together with a return label for the faulty part, or
• A full refund of the purchase price if no replacement part can be delivered

We cannot always guarantee that an identical replacement part is in stock, but we will always refund the purchase price if that is not the case. For warranty matters, contact us at [email protected].

The warranty does not apply in the case of:

• Incorrect installation by the customer or an unauthorised person
• Damage caused by external impact, moisture, power surges, or other misuse
• Normal aesthetic wear on surfaces and appearance that is expected from used parts

The warranty covers technical function, not appearance. Surface wear is normal for used parts and does not affect the warranty.

1.12 Limitation of Liability and Installation

JS Energi ECO is not liable for:

• Costs for installation, removal, or work associated with a spare part
• Consequential damages arising if an incorrectly chosen or incorrectly installed spare part causes damage to other equipment
• Damage arising if the customer has installed the spare part without sufficient competence

We recommend that spare parts are installed by a qualified technician. JS Energi ECO can provide advisory support before installation but accepts no responsibility for the execution of the installation.

1.13 Personal Data (GDPR)

Your privacy is important to us. JS Energi AB is the data controller and processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

Our Privacy Policy at jsenergieco.com/en/pages/privacy-policy provides further information on what data we process, the purposes, retention periods, and your rights (right of access, rectification, and erasure).

By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy.

2. Business Customers and Organisations

By placing an order via jsenergieco.com or any other channel as a business or organisation, you agree to our terms and conditions.

2.1 Product Information

See section 1.1 above. The same terms regarding used goods and warranty apply to business customers.

2.2 Prices

All prices include VAT (25%) unless otherwise selected in the portal. Businesses with VAT registration within the EU may contact us for information on reverse charge VAT handling.

2.3 Discounts and Offers

Discount codes are valid only during the stated campaign period and cannot be combined with other offers or orders.

2.4 Ordering

Business customers may order via jsenergieco.com, phone, email, or chat. An order confirmation is sent by email and serves as the contractual document.

2.5 Payment

Payment is subject to an approved credit check. Logged-in business customers may pay by invoice with 10 days' credit, or by card payment or invoice via Klarna. An invoice fee of SEK 29 applies unless otherwise agreed.

2.6 Shipping Costs

Shipping prices as per section 1.6. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and national charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

2.7 Delivery

Delivery takes place in accordance with section 1.7. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are normally dispatched the same day.

2.8 Returns and Complaints

Business customers with a written or digitally signed agreement with JS Energi ECO are offered a 30-day right of return for unused items.

To return a product, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the return. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Shipping, handling, and invoice fees are non-refundable.

Return conditions:

• The spare part must not have been installed
• The spare part must be in unchanged condition and in its original packaging
• A receipt or invoice must be provided
• The return must be pre-notified by email

Any damage caused during transport must be reported immediately to the carrier or collection point.

2.9 Warranty

Business customers receive a 6-month warranty on all spare parts from the date of delivery, under the same terms as in section 1.11. The warranty does not apply in the case of incorrect installation, external damage, or normal aesthetic wear.

2.10 Limitation of Liability

See section 1.12. JS Energi ECO is not liable for installation costs, consequential damages, or damage arising from incorrect installation.

3. General Terms

3.1 Copyright and Content

All images, texts, product descriptions, and other content on jsenergieco.com are the property of JS Energi AB and may not be used without written consent.

3.2 Disputes and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue with us at [email protected]. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a general court in Sweden.
