ORDER
All orders are made online. If you are under 18 years you must obtain permission from a guardian before the purchase can be completed. If you place an order in another person's name, or make other actions resulting in a financial loss for JS Energi, the matter will be reported to the police.
PAYMENT
You can pay by card via Stripe which is easy, quick and safe. With Stripe you can pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery
DELIVERY
Depending on package size, your package will be delivered to your home or to the nearest dispensary. We deliver all of our goods via Postal Service or UPS.
Delivery times for Europe is usually around 3-5 days.
Additional local fees and duties may be charged for deliveries outside of the European Union. These fees are charged from the country's government.
PRIVACY
Your personal privacy is important to us at Jan Stoltz Energi Service AB ("JS Energi"). JS Energi is personally responsible for processing your personal data according to the agreement and handles this information in accordance with the provisions of the EU Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 with associated implementing regulations and supplementary data protection regulations.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Under the law of distance selling you are entitled to 14 days full return, valid from the day you receive the product.

Please note that you are liable for return shipping when you utilize your return. Should the goods be exchanged, we will send you a new product with no additional costs.
For us to fully accept the return item, you must meet several requirements. The item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it and must not have been used. It must also be returned in the original packaging. It is always your responsibility to return the item in a protective packaging so that it reaches us in good standing. When you return a product, you should always be able to produce a valid receipt.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
When you receive your item from the carrier / postman / delivery place, it is always important that you check the packaging carefully. If there is any visible damage, immediately pass this information to the carrier / postman / delivery place, so that it will be noted.
GUARANTEE
All our spare parts are used and they have a 6 month warranty. Since they are used, there isn't any guarantee that a replacement is available. If a replacement part doesn't exist, the order will be refunded.

As a company, you can put an order through our webshop, by telephone, e-mail or chat.
The invoice shall be construed as an order confirmation.
PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit assessment. If you are logged in, you can pay an invoice with a 10 day payment term. If you are not logged in, you can pay via Stripe or Credit Card.
DELIVERY
Depending on package size, your package will be delivered to your specified adress or to the nearest dispensary. We deliver your goods via Postal Service or UPS.
